When to Wash Hands

Before starting work
After handling raw ingredients
After breaks, phone use, or cleaning
After touching face or hair

Steps

Wet hands with warm water
Apply soap and scrub for 20 seconds
Clean between fingers and under nails
Rinse thoroughly
Dry with single‑use towel
Use towel to turn off faucet

Standards

No jewellery except plain wedding band
Hair restraints required
Clean apron at start of shift
